Why ARM365
Built to the spec, not adapted to it
Most client management systems were built for something else and later bent toward HUD reporting. ARM365 started from HUD’s ARM Interface Control Document. Every entity, every field, every reference code maps 1:1 to the ICD schema, with fewer translation layers and fewer surprises at submission time.
You do not need to be re-certified
This is the question every agency asks first. Agencies that adopt ARM365 do not need to go through HUD re-certification. You receive your own HUD accounts, and you are already certified and ready to transmit because you are using ARM365.

ARM365 runs on Microsoft Power Platform, so it is not a black box. Your team, or ours, can add fields, build views, automate workflows, and wire up reporting using standard Power Platform tools, without waiting on a vendor release cycle.

Form 9902, assembled from the record, not retyped
Form 9902 is built from the client and session data your counselors already entered. Instead of reconciling spreadsheets at the end of a reporting period, you review a form that was assembled from the source records, then walk it through identity, calculation, review, and submission in one place.
Secure server-side submission to HUD’s ARM web service
ARM365 transmits to HUD’s ARM web service from the server, not the browser, so credentials stay on the server side. Every transmission is logged with a success or failure result, so you always have a record of what went to HUD, when, and whether HUD accepted it.

*Housing centers are responsible for getting their credentials for the HUD ARM Service and CMS systems, and providing those to Messor Solutions so their solution can be properly configured. An important reminder, per HUD, centers who sign up to use our solution do not need to be ‘re-certified’ with HUD. They will receive their own accounts with HUD, but they will already be certified and ready to go because they are using ARM365! |
