Who we are

Messor Solutions, LLC (“Messor Solutions”, “we”, “us”) operates this website at messor.com. We build and support software solutions, including ARM365, a HUD-certified Client Management System for housing counseling agencies built on Microsoft Power Platform. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

Information you provide to us

When you use our contact form or request a demo, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, organization or agency name, phone number if you choose to provide it, and the contents of your message. If you comment on our blog, we collect the name, email address, and comment text you submit. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs that include IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested. These help us keep the site secure and working. This website uses the cookies that WordPress requires to function, such as a cookie that remembers your name on the blog comment form if you comment. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver demos, provide our services, and maintain the security of the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share information

Form submissions are delivered to our company email. Information may pass through the service providers that run our infrastructure, such as our web hosting and email providers, which process it on our behalf. Beyond that, we share personal information only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

ARM365 customer data

ARM365 runs in each customer agency’s own Microsoft Power Platform environment. Client records that an agency stores in ARM365 belong to that agency and live in that agency’s environment, not on this website. When we access agency data during implementation, data migration, or support, we do so under our agreement with that agency and only as needed to perform the work.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and demo request messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business communications, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you from this website by emailing chris.hettinger@messor.com. We will honor reasonable requests promptly.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including serving this site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
